Liv’s Mindful Minute:
Yesterday I was talking to a good friend about “Karma.” This wise soul said he didn’t believe in karma. What he meant was essentially “Bad things happen to good people.”
This is true. I do believe in Karma (kind of). I always believe if you do your best it will all work out. That joy and prosperity will fill your life. That joy and prosperity will also be intermittent with tragedy, loss, disappointment, and love. This is simply part of human existence. As long as we keep the faith that it will all work out in the end, most of the days will be golden. On the dark days I invite us to mediate, reflect, be grateful for the gifts and abundance we do have, and know…a brighter day is ahead!
Wishing you much joy and love this time of year and always!
